This Order establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for a Department of Justice (DOJ) Insider Threat Prevention and Detection Program (ITPDP).

Establishes policy and assigns administrative responsibility to the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resources Management I Chief Information Officer to ensure that the Department's Electronic and Information Technology is accessible to DOJ employees and the public who have disabilities.

This is the over-arching IT Order. It defines all executive roles and responsibilities for Department-wide IT management.

Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for enterprise information technology (IT) acquisition oversight as referenced in DOJ Order 0903, and defines the responsibilities for the following roles: the DOJ IT Acquisition Oversight Manager (O/M) and the component IT Acquisition O/M.

Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for information technology (IT) enterprise architecture oversight as referenced in DOJ Order 0903, and defines the responsibilities for the following roles: the DOJ IT Enterprise Architect Oversight Manager (O/M), and the component IT Enterprise Architect O/M.

Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for enterprise information technology (IT) investment oversight as referenced in DOJ Order 0903, and defines the responsibilities for the following roles: the DOJ IT Investment Oversight Manager (O/M), the component IT Investment O/M, and the component IT Program/Project Manager.

Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for enterprise information technology (IT) strategy oversight, as referenced in DOJ Order 0903 and defines the responsibilities for the following roles: the DOJ IT Strategy Oversight Manager (O/M) and the component IT Strategy O/M.
